The shoe was either sold in store before online fulfillment and is out of stock or Shopify flagged the order as fraud. Fraudulent Orders are automatically cancelled and refunded. If your order was cancelled but was not fraud, reorder with matching shipping/billing address.
- How long does shipping take?
Processing and Handling Time is 1-3 business days. Same day fulfillment applies if ordered before 3PM EST, weekends not included. If the product is $500+, signature confirmation will be mandatory. Tracking included on all orders.
