  • Why was my order cancelled?

The shoe was either sold in store before online fulfillment and is out of stock or Shopify flagged the order as fraud.

  • How long does shipping take?

We ship all of our products double boxed via Fedex (1-3 days) with tracking. If the product is $500+, signature confirmation will be mandatory.

  • What is your return policy? 

All our sales are final. We do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please text us at (336) 638-1289.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

All major cards accepted with the exclusion of Amex. Choose Shopify Pay Installments at checkout to split payment into 4 parts.
